1. General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to jeedbaji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jeedbaji website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeedbaji ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other person who accesses or uses any feature of the jeedbaji Platform, regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jeedbaji.

1.2 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.3 Amendments

jeedbaji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and request account closure.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jeedbaji is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements at all times:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on jeedbaji. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. jeedbaji takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned subject to verification of payment ownership.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jeedbaji primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. jeedbaji makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all geographic locations. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jeedbaji. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of all pending bonuses and winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

2.4 Personal Capacity

By using jeedbaji, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party. You confirm that you are not a problem gambler, and that you are accessing the Platform of your own free will for recreational entertainment purposes only.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money games, betting markets, and withdrawals on jeedbaji, you must register a verified account. The registration process is straightforward but requires accurate, complete, and truthful information at every stage.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number registered to a Bangladeshi network operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk), and a valid email address. You must ensure that all information submitted is accurate and kept up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.2 KYC Verification

jeedbaji is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all player accounts before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A copy of your valid Bangladesh passport (biometric or machine-readable)
• A copy of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address
• A screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet registered to your name
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as directed by our verification team

All KYC documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. jeedbaji reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet these requirements and to request additional documentation where necessary. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time frame may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jeedbaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jeedbaji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact jeedbaji support immediately at support@jeedbaji.

3.4 Account Name Consistency

The name on your jeedbaji account must exactly match the name on your KYC identity documents and on the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies in account name and payment method name will result in withdrawal requests being held pending resolution. jeedbaji does not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered to the verified account holder.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jeedbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jeedbaji supports a range of local payment methods to ensure maximum convenience for Bangladeshi players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeedbaji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on jeedbaji is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeedbaji account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the sending bank. jeedbaji does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 2 business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks and KYC verification. jeedbaji reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the verified account holder's name.

4.5 Funds Security

Player funds deposited on jeedbaji are held separately from company operating funds. jeedbaji does not use player deposit funds for operational expenses, marketing, or any other non-player purpose. In the unlikely event of company insolvency, player funds are protected and treated as a priority obligation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeedbaji periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed their account registration and, where required, KYC verification. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one bonus per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions as communicated via email or platform notification.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on jeedbaji are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are always clearly stated on the promotion page and in the bonus confirmation notification. jeedbaji does not hide wagering requirements or apply them retroactively.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate jeedbaji bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial bonus turnover — is strictly prohibited. jeedbaji reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on jeedbaji have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

jeedbaji regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with major events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season betting boosts, IPL special offers, Eid deposit bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spins, Victory Day reload promotions, and ICC tournament enhanced odds. All seasonal promotions are subject to these general bonus terms plus any additional conditions specified at the time of the promotion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jeedbaji, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on jeedbaji, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or any software that bypasses normal user interaction
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime via the Platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jeedbaji staff or other players via any communication channel
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the jeedbaji Platform without prior written permission

6.2 Compliance with Applicable Law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of jeedbaji complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. jeedbaji makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.

6.3 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and agree to use the Platform responsibly. jeedbaji strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings. If at any point you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, mental health, or personal relationships, you must make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform or contact our support team immediately.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jeedbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by jeedbaji

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or unacceptable KYC documentation
• Evidence of underage gambling (player found to be under 18 years of age)
• Suspected money laundering, match fixing, or other financial crime
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets
• Abusive behaviour toward jeedbaji staff or other players
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player or identified problem gambling behaviour

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jeedbaji account at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@jeedbaji. Before closing your account, you will be required to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Active bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. jeedbaji will process account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling or feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, jeedbaji offers self-exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be permitted to register a new account. 7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by jeedbaji — your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. Any pending bets that were placed before closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules and any resulting winnings or refunds will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification completion. jeedbaji reserves the right to retain transaction records and account data for a minimum of 7 years following account closure for regulatory, legal, and fraud prevention purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeedbaji, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not jeedbaji was advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

jeedbaji strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network disruptions, or events outside jeedbaji's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. jeedbaji shall not be liable for any losses — whether financial, reputational, or otherwise — arising from temporary platform unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on jeedbaji are developed and supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While jeedbaji takes all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and fairness of these games, the Company cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions originating within third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet, jeedbaji will follow the relevant game provider's malfunction resolution policy.

8.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You expressly acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. jeedbaji is not liable for any gambling losses you incur through the use of the Platform, regardless of the circumstances. You accept full personal responsibility for all gambling decisions made through your account. jeedbaji does not guarantee winnings, and past performance of any game, bet, or market does not indicate or guarantee future results.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with them or the use of jeedbaji shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by jeedbaji in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
